What you see here is $10,000 on the below you can take this money as a loan but I will charge you a little bit of interest rate. Like most people you take the money and you go buy a nice car but in 10 years it's time to pay me back and because of the interest rate now you owe me $20,000, not $10000. Generally, you will say I don't have money to give you and if you don't then I take your car and a piece of your house this is how debits work.
This is exactly what China is doing
For example, take the small land nation of Sri 🇱🇰. This is a developing country needs money and China has a lot of it so Sri Lanka took billion of the dollar in Chinese loan it was easy money just there to be taken and with that they built Sky scrap Highway airports and shipping ports. The country grows and progressed but a few years later this easy money came with the interest rate and Sri Lanka was so much in debt that it could not pay back China its money and the only way out was to give China control of what they had built in other words…... Sri Lanka last a piece of its home to China because of debit.
This is Chinese money trap.
And it's real things I saw all over the world in Papua 🇵🇬 Guinea. I saw two billion dollars in the loan given by the Chinese to build Skyscrapers, infrastructure and ports but there is no way this remote developing country can pay it back out its interest rate and the only way out is to give China control of the country.
In the Maldives 🇲🇻, Pakistan 🇵🇰, Malaysia 🇲🇾 Laos 🇱🇦, Kazakhstan 🇰🇿, Mongolia 🇲🇳, Egypt 🇪🇬, Kenya 🇰🇪, South Africa, the same thing is happening and many countries are struggling to pay back Chinese loan if you look closely at all these infrastructures, project, Highways, Ports and Bridge connect to China through sea or through the land to form some things for bigger far more powerful just the bridge.
A New Silk Road
The world is already made by China and I think slowly it will be owned by China. Don't get me wrong, skyscraper bridges, sports, Highways and airports are a great thing for the people and the country but they come at a very high cost and when this country can't pay back the loan this country will lose their homes. One thinking parent 👪 had taught me e start there are no such things as a free lunch for the free ride so if you are not careful with your money or other people's money then we better start learning from Chinese.
